Ethiopia: Nano Genji Agaro

A lovely, washed coffee from Agaro Gera in Jimma. Nano Genji is a newer washing station and a sister to the Nano Challa mill.

Approximately 630 members bring their coffee cherry to Nano Genji to be processed. The result is a very clean and flavorful coffee. An intense, lively sweetness like candied ginger and a sparkling, champagne-like finish, a testament to the work put into these coffees during growing, picking, and processing.
