Colombia: L4 Processes

Red fruits, demerara sugar, silky finish

A blend of a coffee processed 4 different ways. Fed batch-washed; black honey (semi-wash); and double fermentation washed/semi-washed. Our friends at 575 Café in Tolima sought to explore all the variability they could get out of the same cultivar/coffee plot (CR95 in this case). L4 is the mix of the four last coffees they depulped at the farm.
